John Lore Ken Ackley Dan Ackley
August 17th
This morning we had an attendance of 105 people ... several were visiting for the first time. Missionary / Evangelist Bill Snodderly and is family were with us. Bro. Bill has been on the road for 12 years. He travels to churches that are being planted. He preaches revival meetings for them and spends several days knocking doors in the community. He preached 2 excellent messages.
On Monday some of our youth went to Six Flags on a special outing. We called this the "Faithful Youth" outing. All the young people that have been faithful over the past year were able to attend. It is our way of rewarding faithfulness! We had a great time!

August 24th
We had a great time in God's House today! There was a sweet spirit and I had great liberty in preaching God's Word! PO3 Ken Ackley was home from the Navy for a few days and it was good to see him! We pray for him daily as he serves our country proudly. There are 3 young men that serve in the military from our church: Ken Ackley (Navy), Dan Ackley (Army), and John Lore Jr. (National Guard).
Sept. 28th
We have had a busy month! On the 13th we had our church picnic. We have not had rain all summer and it rained on the days leading up to the picnic ... but it didn't rain on Saturday!! PTL!! We had a great time ... the young people (and Bob Watson) played football and the older people (that's me) sat around the pavilion and fellowshipped!

On Sept. 21st - 26th we had revival with Lev Humphries. Bro. Humphries has been the pastor of Faith Independent Baptist Church (Niceville, Fl.) for 22 years! Every message he brought was very practical and on target. The attendance was down from our previous revival meetings ... but the messages were some of the best we have heard.

This month also brought "little Maddie"! Mike and Heather Austin are the proud parents! Maddie had some complications and had to spend several days in the hospital, but she is now home!

Mrs. Jane Berry recently fell down and broke her right arm. It was a clean break ... but her attitude is great and she is on the mend.
Nov. 2nd
The month of October brought great blessings. Our ladies were able to attend the Sword of the Lord Ladies Conference in Williamstown. This is the 4th year our ladies have attended and they came home quite excited!
Pvt. Danny Ackley has graduated from Basic Training and he was able to come home on leave. Pray for him as he joins his unit in Savannah, Ga.

This Sunday was a special day! We had several visitors with us and we were privileged to witness another soul walk the aisle to receive Christ! It was also great to see Jane Berry in church. She is recovering from a severe broken arm!
Nov. 9th
Today was another good day. We were privileged to see 2 more souls receive Christ! Our Youth Pastor, Ken Wilford, Jr. and his wife LaDawn are down in Georgia. LaDawn's brother Shane is very sick and they don't expect him to make it. He is a saved man, but please pray for the family during this time.
Today's sermons are posted in the "Sermon" page.
Nov. 16th
This morning we woke up and it was COLD!! I think winter is here to stay ... at least we will be bug free for several months! (How's that for looking at the glass half full?)
We had another good day in our Lords house today! After the evening service another man received Christ as his Saviour. What a great month we are experiencing.
LaDawn Wilford's brother (Shane) passed away this past week and it was a blessing that she was able to be there. It is good to have them back ... even if they are sick.
Dec. 25th
This past month has flown by!! We have had so many activities that have kept us busy, but each event turned out so good!
On Dec. 9th, the Women's Missionary Society had their Christmas banquet. Janel Smith (wife of Ken Smith, our missionaries to Papau New Guinea) was the guest speaker. The ladies were greatly encouraged and refreshed.
Our Christmas Cantata was performed on December 12th. Many remarked that it was our best one yet. The choir worked real hard practicing some traditional Christmas hymns, a special medley from Bible Truth Music, and they even learned an original song written by Pastor Senn.
This month also brought the return home of our college students. Dawn Watson and Rebecca Senn returned from Pensacola Christian College and Kristen DeHainaut from West Chester College.
And finally we had a candle light Christmas Eve Service. There was a great turnout and a good gospel message was preached. We had many visitors with us. The message can be heard on our sermons page. Jessica & Rebecca sang a special . It has been a long time since we had heard them sing together. Click here for Special Music Mom & Dad really enjoyed it!
For those of you that read this from far away ... Ms. Edith Robbins took a fall a few weeks ago, but praise God it has turned out to be nothing serious. She is currently in Rehab and doing well. Bro. Bill Bradway has been under the weather but seems to have turned the corner to recovery. However, Bill and Jane's daughter (Donna) has had a relapse with her cancer. They would appreciate your prayers. Also don't forget to pray for John Lore Jr., Ken Ackley, and Dan Ackley as they serve in our Armed Forces. They could not be home for the holidays ... but they are in our prayers.
May each of you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
STAY TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES!
